To facilitate online fee payments, BookLeey has integrated the Razorpay payment gateway, which is managed and provided by the respective educational institution. BookLeey serves solely as an intermediary to enable fee payments. All financial transactions, including payments and refunds, are processed directly through Razorpay.

3. Access and Control

BookLeey does not have access to or control over any financial transactions related to fee payments. The Razorpay account is exclusively managed by the College, ensuring that all financial activities are handled securely and independently by the institution.

4. Refund Process

All matters related to refunds will be managed by the College or Razorpay. BookLeey is not involved in processing refunds or handling any financial disputes. For any refund requests or issues, students and parents are advised to directly contact the College administration or Razorpay support.
